Cancellation and refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason, by writing to support@fayacademy.com. We refund you within 15 days of your request, by the payment method you used.
This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them. A Québec consumer may, in particular, cancel the contract in the cases set out in the Consumer Protection Act, for example if required information was not provided or if we do not perform our main obligation within 30 days.
